Butternut Manor

Butternut Manor is a licensed retirement residence in Uxbridge, Ontario (Licence #T0070), first issued on November 29, 2012. The home currently holds an issued licence with no conditions and is operated by Butternut Manor Uxbridge Inc. A routine inspection was most recently completed in November 2025.

The residence offers assistance with bathing, personal hygiene, ambulation, dressing, continence care, medication administration, and daily meal service. It does not provide assistance with feeding, skin and wound care, or a dementia care program.
